With no jumping, no burpees and no punishment, just smart joint-friendly progressions mapped out for 56 days, this plan gives you a clear path forward, helping you replace quitting with consistency, caution with confidence, and good intentions with real strength.

Contact our support teamHow is this different from other workout programs?
Most programs are built for 30-year-old bodies. This one is designed for the body you have at 50, 60 and beyond: every exercise comes with an easier, a joint-friendly and a harder version, every workout fits in 15, 30 or 45 minutes, and the 28 days are mapped out day by day, with a second cycle built in. No gym, no equipment, no jumping.
Is this suitable for beginners or men with bad knees?
Yes. Day 1 starts with the easier and joint-friendly versions, and the Pain-vs-Effort Rule teaches you when to push and when to back off. Readers in their 70s have completed it. As with any program, check with your doctor first if you have a medical condition.
How much time does it require each day?
As little as 15 minutes. The 15-minute Main Mission is a complete workout on its own. Add the second block for 30 minutes or all three for a full 45 when you have the time and energy.
What’s inside the book?
All of our material, including the full book, is provided in a fully digital format. That means everything you access here is available online or as downloadable eBooks — no physical shipping involved. Whether you’re reading on your phone, tablet or computer, you’ll have access the moment you complete your purchase.
What happens after the 28 days?
The book includes a built-in second 28-day cycle to level up, so you get 56 days of done-for-you workouts. After that, most readers repeat the cycle with the harder versions. The “Show Up” System also tells you exactly what to do when you miss a day, travel or get sick.
